How to Order and Pay To order one of our cakes please click on the appropriate tab on the top menu, i.e. 'Plain' for plain cakes or muffins or 'Iced' for cakes or muffins with your choice of icing. Select your choice of flavour and the type i.e. cake, muffins etc. If you require more than one type of the same flavour, just add these to your order one by one. If you require more than one of the same item you can increase the number in the shopping cart. The items that you see online are not exhaustive of the choices. If you want to request a completely different flavour i.e. coffee or orange flavour please let us know. We can make it up as an 8" cake, 9 muffins, 16 cupcakes or as celebration cakes. Just email us your request and we will add it to the website for you to order like any of our existing items. We are adding new flavours all the time. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to order. Once you are ready to pay, click on your preferred method of payment. All orders received by 1.30pm on any standard working day (Monday to Friday), can be dispatched within 3 working days. You can request that we dispatch your order on any future date, providing it is one of our standard delivery days, Tuesday to Friday, if you request this separately via email. Delivery service is charged at £6.95 per package. There is no limit to the number of items you can order per delivery up to 5kgs in weight. Therefore you may consider combining an order with a friend(s). Bear in mind that the delivery will be made to one address only. We bake and deliver the same day to homes in the Surrey area and surroundings i.e. parts of Middlesex, South London etc (normally within 3 days of receiving your order). Email us to find out if we deliver to your area. We use an overnight delivery service for all other areas on the UK mainland. All orders require a signature on delivery. However, if you are unable to sign for the delivery, please indicate alternative delivery method (e.g leave in garage, shed or with neighbour) during the checkout process. Please note that we accept no responsibility for delivery if a signature is not provided. We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number. Order Status If you have already placed an order with us and you would like to check your order status, simply email us with your name or order number in the subject line and we'll provide information about your order. We always send an email confirmation of your order if you provide an email address.
