FOLLOWING A RECENT CAKE MAKEOVER WE DEVISED THIS NEW RANGE OF SUPER HEALTHY CAKES WHICH TRULY CATER FOR MOST ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. ALL THESE CAKES ARE GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, EGG-FREE, VEGAN, SOYA-FREE, HAVE NO ADDED SUGAR, CONTAIN FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, ARE LOW FAT & MADE WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. AVAILABLE PLAIN OR ICED AS 9 MINI LOAF CAKES.
Until recently, despite copious attempts, we didn’t have a no-added sugar replacement icing for the traditional creamy ‘buttercream icing’, the type that you could use to cover the top of our no-added sugar sponge cakes or swirl around the top of a vanilla muffin. But now we do! A clever combination of ingredients (including rice milk, brown rice syrup and cocoa butter) allows us to offer this unique topping, free of added sugar, that looks like the real thing, and tastes just as good (if not better)!
