Plain Cakes

All our cakes are wheat, gluten and dairy-free. All flavours in the plain range are available as egg-free/vegan cakes (no animal products) and with no-added sugar using a sugar substitute e.g. agave syrup or xylitol or one of your choice. All flavours are available as an 8" round cake or 9 muffins.

A rich sponge cake, flavoured with organic Madagascan vanilla extract.

Ingredients: (organic) unrefined sugar, sunflower spread (sunflower oil, water, vegetable oils, salt, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids), Vitamin E, Vitamin A, colour (natural carotenes), Vitamin D2, vitamin B12), brown rice flour, eggs, potato flour, tapioca flour, vanilla extract (incl. ethanol, water), xanthan gum*. Raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate*. *=non-organic.
Allergens: eggs.

Ingredients: (organic) unrefined sugar, dairy-free spread (sunflower, palm, water, salt, concentrated carrot juice, soya lecithin, Vit A & D2), brown rice flour, soya milk, Plamil chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), cocoa powder, eggs, potato flour, tapioca flour, vanilla extract (incl. ethanol, water), xanthan gum*. Apricot and Cranberry £19.95

Free of wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, soya, yeast. No added sugar. Only added fat is a little extra virgin olive oil.

A dense, low fat, naturally sweet cake, flavoured with spices and vanilla and sweetened with pureed apricots and cranberries and a little agave nectar.

Ingredients: (organic) brown rice flour, pureed apricots, orange juice, agave nectar, dried cranberries, extra virgin olive oil, potato flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum*, spices. Raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate*. *=non-organic.
