Terms and Conditions The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you. Delivery Zones United Kingdom includes the U.K. mainland only (excluding the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland). Payment Payment will be processed via PayPal, which will accept all major credit and debit cards. You do not need to have your own PayPal account to pay in this way. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. We require you to supply the registered address of the Credit Card holder, which is used to validate your order with your selected credit card company. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending the supply of the correct details. The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. Delivery All orders received by 1.30pm on any standard working day (Monday to Friday), can be dispatched within 3 working days. You can request that we dispatch your order on any future date, providing it is one of our standard delivery days, Tuesday to Friday, if you request this separately via email. Delivery service is charged at £6.95 per package. There is no limit to the number of items you can order per delivery up to 5kgs in weight. Therefore you may consider combining an order with a friend(s). Bear in mind that the delivery will be made to one address only. We bake and deliver the same day to homes in the Surrey area and surroundings i.e. parts of Middlesex, South London etc (normally within 3 days of receiving your order). Email us to find out if we deliver to your area. We use an overnight delivery service for all other areas on the UK mainland. All orders require a signature on delivery. However, if you are unable to sign for the delivery, please indicate alternative delivery method (e.g leave in garage, shed or with neighbour) during the checkout process or email us with the details. Please note that we accept no responsibility for delivery if a signature is not provided. We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number. Cancelling your Order When shopping with The Healthy Cake Company, you can be assured of complete peace of mind. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 07947 654757. Gift Packaging If you are sending the cakes to someone as a gift and would like them gift-wrapped there is an additional charge of £4.95. We will include a hand-written card with your personal message at no extra cost. We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might offend the recipient for defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing or in breach of confidence, copyright or any other legal rights. We take care to ensure that your gift is dispatched in perfect condition. If when it has been received you are unhappy with its condition you please let us know immediately. |
